Refund Policy:

1) For Restaurant Partners:

In case of payment did by mistake or in case of any payment related issues from Google Play Store or App Store, we are not entitled to refund any amount. If it’s very crucial and any genuine problem is seen in our system then we can look into it and resolve the issue or issue a refund.

2) For Customers :

You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the Partner Store has started preparing the food (a “Started Order”). If you wish to cancel an order before it becomes a Started Order, please contact us immediately, via our Application. If the Partner Stores confirms the order was not a Started Order, we will refund your payment (excluding any discount, or Voucher that was applied to the order - see Voucher and Account Credit terms for more detail). If you cancel any order after it becomes a Started Order, you will be charged the full price for the Items, and if the driver has been dispatched you will also be charged for delivery. For any order requested on a cash payment on delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) basis, such order may not be cancelled after it becomes a Started Order and will be charged and delivered to you. Maziato and the Partner Stores may notify you that an order has been cancelled at any time. You will not be charged for any orders cancelled by us or the Partner Store, and we will reimburse you for any payment already made using the same method you used to pay for your order. The refunded amount will be transferred to the same bank account within 4 to 5 working days.

3) Communication Problems between Customer and Restaurant:

In case of misbehaviour, miscommunication or any illegal activities done by customer and restaurant registered here, we will not be responsible for any such activities as we are not taking any proof of their identity.

4) Blocking or Deleting your Account

If we notice any illegal activity then we have all rights to permanently Block your account without any notice and reasons.
